Also known as Hunders or Hunder Family. These little guys are amongst my favourite decks. They recently got a strong buff which will keep them at tier 2 where they have been a while now. They are probably the best budget deck you can find.
They are mostly a very consistent control deck which fokuses on playing one rank 4 XYZ or one level 8 synchro monster at a time, with very low costs.
They have a searcher, a nasty tuner, two great cards for recykling monsters, really good xyz material and are a splashable archetype in most thunder decks. They also work nicely with Macro.
Popular versions of them include Hunderwatts, Batteryman Hunders and the pure "sis" build. The biggest weakness they have is Veiler, which you can fix with Constellar Belt or FOrbidden Dress.
These are the decks I'm using.
My Batteryman build. Incredibly fast and consistent. AAA gives you many rounds of advantages and XYZ plays with no loss. The toolboxing potential is unlimited, you can basically make anything you want at any time.

My sishunder build. Very fun to play and very consistent with the constant recykling of Sea Horses. Only downside is that it's a slow phased deck. It's very steady however.
Here is an example of a watt version. It's not mine.
